When possible we will gladly exchange any doa item, otherwise, typically the manufacturers warranty applies. a 15% restocking fee will be charged for any returned item, shipping charges are non refundable. Any returned item must be adequately packaged and insured, items damaged during return shipment will require insurance claim to be filed by shipper.
